My Fav Protein Packed Breakfast

Today I’m gonna share with you, one of my favorite breakfasts. It’s full of protein and keeps me full for hours.

First, I could about 5 egg whites, you can totally customize the serving size to your appetite or use whole eggs. (I like my eggs a little over cooked)

Next you will want to cook some beans of your choice, I prefer dark red kidney beans.

Next I cut up an entire avocado

Lastly, this step is totally optional but I like to add some feta on top because I’m just a cheese maniac.

Finally, all your ingredients should be on your plate and should look something like this… my boyfriend likes to add hot sauce to his.
